  These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Julia Knoll Art to consumers.
  A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

• Contractual partner
  The purchase contract is concluded with Julia Knoll Art, owner: Dr. Julia Knoll, Riedlenstrasse 18-4, 89079 Ulm.

• Conclusion of contract

  • The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.

  • By clicking the button [Buy / order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.

• Right of withdrawal

  • If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

  • If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 4.1, you will have to bear the regular costs of the return.

    You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

This does not apply to online courses or paid instructional videos.

Furthermore, this does not apply to individually made orders, crystals, works of art, sculptures or trays. These are excluded from the exchange and right of withdrawal, which are individual items and individual productions.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us [Julia Knoll Art, represented by Dr. Julia Knoll, Riedlenstraße 18-4, 89079 Ulm, email: juliaknollart@gmail.com] by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill in and send the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (www.juliaknollart.com). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You have the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to (Dr. Julia Knoll, Riedlenstraße 18-4, 89079 Ulm) in an insured package send back or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We are not responsible for damage or lost parcels, the responsibility rests with the sender.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

• Prices and shipping costs

  • "All indicated prices are endprices. According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is levied and therefore not shown. "

  • In addition to the prices stated, we calculate shipping costs for delivery within Germany graded by weight. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

• delivery

  • The delivery takes place only within Germany with DHL.

  • The delivery time is up to 3 days. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

• payment

  • Payment is made in advance or PayPal.

  • If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

• Retention of title

  • The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

• Dispute settlement

  • The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
